Locals place first in Labor of Love
The "Hidden Talent" team, consisting of members from Hidden Spring Farm in Knightdale and Twin Palms Farm in Louisburg, won the Pro/Am Challenge at the Labor of Love Dressage show held at the Hunt Horse Complex on Sept. 5-6. RALEIGH - The "Hidden Talent" team, consisting of members from Hidden Spring Farm in Knightdale and Twin Palms Farm in Louisburg won the Pro/Am Challenge at the Labor of Love Dressage show held at the Hunt Horse Complex on Sept. 5-6.

With a combined score of 68.7 percent for the classes it entered, the team placed first, besting four other teams. Rebecca Nelles, riding DeCoursey's Victor De CER earned the following awards with a score of 76 percent: Training Level High Score; North Carolina Bred High Score; USA Bred High Score; and Overall High Score for the show.

Nelles is assistant trainer at Hidden Spring Farm and is a USDF bronze, silver and gold medalist.
