RALEIGH — Wakefield posted 14 points in the fourth quarter of Friday night's game against Knightdale to stretch out to a comfortable 30-13 win in week three of high school football.

Knightdale's Ben Bolling hit Aaron Smith on a 55-yarder to start the scoring, but the Wolverines answered with four straight scores including a safety to pull away to 23-7. Two of those three touchdowns came from Denzel Brown, who rushed for 107 yards.

Bolling broke loose on a 77-yard run for the Knights' second and final score of the game, but the extra point was no good. Bolling finished the night 10-26 on 151 yards, a touchdown and one interception. His 77-yard breakaway left him the leader in rushing as well. He was followed by Terrence Davis, who had 10 touches for 43 yards.

The Knights return home to take on Enloe (1-2), a team that took a 42-20 loss to Southeast Raleigh on the chin last week. The game begins at 7:30.
