ZEBULON – Pauline Johnson Tant, 79, died Monday, April 27, 2009. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Spencer L. Tant.Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Union Chapel Baptist
Church. Burial followed in the Zebulon Cemetery.Survivors include her son, Phil Tant and wife Kathy of Wake Forest; two
sisters, Geraldine Alford of Louisiana and Carol Lewis of Middlesex;
one brother, Douglas Johnson of Knightdale; two granddaughters; and one
great-grandson.Memorial contributions may be made to the Union Chapel Building Fund,
2437 Zebulon Road, Zebulon NC 27597.Massey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
