KNIGHTDALE – Grace Coley Robertson, 89, of 3329 Marks Creek Road, died Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Mayview Convalescent Center. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Richard Albert Coley and Ethel Britt Coley and the widow of Herbert Norris Robertson.

She earned a business degree from Hardbarger’s Business College and was retired as a banking officer with Wachovia after 31 years service. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

Survivors include three brothers, R. Albert Coley and Richard T. Coley both of Raleigh and Dr. Elwood B. Coley of Chapel Hill. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Brantley and Dr. Kenneth Coley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive relatives and friends Monday from 6-7:30 p.m. at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory in Knightdale. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Baptist Church Building Fund, 3417 Rolesville Road, Wendell, NC, 27591.
