ZEBULON – Emily Doris Hoxworth Gall, 77, died at home August 3, 2009
after an extended battle with Alzheimer's disease.A native of Manchester, England, she came to the United States in
1957 and became a U.S. citizen in 1969.She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Gall. She is
survived by one daughter, Susan Lynn Doran and her husband Vincent of
Zebulon; one son, John Thomas Gall of Raleigh; one sister, Joyce
Loughhead of Manchester, England; and two grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Thursday at Massey Funeral Home in
Zebulon. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. with services to follow.
