A native of Laurinburg, she worked for Snowden & Associates for 15 years. She is the daughter of the late Alex E. and Mary George Anthony. Survivors include her husband, Jason Herbert Ramsey; two sons, Craig Ramsey and his wife Melinda of Zebulon and Jason Ramsey and his wife Heather of Davidson; two brothers, Alex E. Anthony Jr. of Santé Fe, N.M. and Michael Ramsey and his wife JoAnn of Raleigh; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last Wednesday in the chapel at Strickland Funeral Home with the Rev. Joseph Lapauw officiating. Burial followed in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Zebulon.
