Air Force basic training graduation
Air Force Airmen Bryce T. Masterman, Andrew Holloway, Ida L. Lapointe, Wyatt C. Marshall, and Lane K. Foell have graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airmen completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Masterman is the son of Mary and Ronald Masterman of Zebulon. He is a 2011 graduate of Bunn High School.
Holloway is the son of Rowena Holloway of Wendell. He is a 2012 graduate of Mary Persons High School, Forsyth, GA.
Lapointe is the daughter of Roger and Marie Lapointe of Zebulon a 2008 graduate of Neuse Baptist Christian School, Raleigh. She earned an associate degree in 2011 from Wake Technical Community College, Raleigh.
Marshall is the son of Richard Marshall of Zebulon, and Mary Pearce of Garner. He is a 2011 graduate of East Wake Academy, Zebulon.
Foell, who earned distinction as an honor graduate, is the son of Max Foell of Lake Glad Road, Wendell. He is a 2012 graduate of East Wake High School, Wendell.
