Knightdale’s Christmas on First Avenue

Registration forms are available for entering the annual Knightdale Christmas parade. Christmas festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, with the annual tree lighting. The parade will step off at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7. Visit www.Knightdalenc.gov for details.

Breakfast with Santa

Wendell Baptist Church Preschool will host Breakfast with Santa from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 14, at 3651 Wendell Blvd., Wendell. Activities will include games, crafts, goodies, and a visit from Santa. The first 10 people to register for the current preschool year will receive free registration. Live nativity

Zebulon Baptist Church will hold a live nativity at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, and 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at 400 Arendell Ave., Zebulon. The programs will be 20 minutes each. For more information, call 919-269-7329.

Wendell Wonderland

Wendell Wonderland, the Christmas light show previously located on Lake Myra Road, will run through Dec. 31 at 210 E. Fourth St. in Wendell. Hours are 6-11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6-10 p.m. Sundays. Magic shows are scheduled 7 p.m. Nov. 30 and Dec. 14. Hot chocolate will be available Fridays and Saturdays, and Santa will visit every night. For more information, visit www.lakemyrachristmas.com.
