October 16, 2013 

Knightdale arrests

•  Sept. 28, 6:18 p.m., Carly Devone Aycock, 35, of 4161 Temperance Hall Road, Elm City, was charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretense.

•  Sept. 28, 7 p.m., Michelle Ann Coley, 36, of 506 Daniel Drive, Elm City, was charged with one count of aiding and abetting obtaining property by false pretense and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense.

•  Oct. 2, 8:53 a.m., Benjamin Edward Johnson, 52, of 1210 Tilia Court, Knightdale, was charged with insurance fraud.

Knightdale incidents

•  Sept. 27, 12:25 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud at the Target on Shoppes at Midway Drive. Someone obtained property by false pretense.

•  Sept. 27, 7 p.m., police responded to a report of fraud at East Raleigh Jewelry & Loan on North Smithfield Road. Someone obtained property by false pretense.

•  Oct. 1, 7:30 p.m., police responded to a report of embezzlement at the Target on Shoppes at Midway Drive.

Wendell arrest

•  Oct. 1, 6:29 p.m., Latanya Yasminda Hill, 26, of 120 Church St., Wendell, was charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana and maintaining a place for the purpose of selling a controlled substance.

Zebulon arrest

•  Sept. 27, 12:31 p.m., Leonard Allen Bolin, 36, of 4324 W. Hornes Church Road, Bailey, was charged with forgery and obtaining property by false pretense.

Zebulon incident

•  Sept. 29, 8:07 p.m., police responded to a report of a motor vehicle break-in on the 500 block of North Church Street.
