— Michael Nelson Bridges Jr., 26, of Knightdale was arrested Monday on charges that he broke several of his 9-week-old son’s bones one day in March.

An arrest warrant accuses Bridges, of 107 Sills Ave., of breaking the boy’s left and right legs, his right clavicle and right forearm.

An online arrest report says Raleigh police arrested Bridges on Atlantic Avenue on the morning of April 22.

Knightdale police did not detail how the injuries were inflicted.

Bridges was being held April 23 on $30,000 bail on two counts of intentional child abuse inflicting serious injury.

Police said the boy was hurt March 15.
