Neuse River Trail dedicated
The Neuse River Trail dedication activities will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Anderson Point Park, 20 Anderson Point Drive, Raleigh.

Teen Poetry Contest
Wake libraries’ annual Teen Poetry Contest runs through April 30. Students in grades 6-12 can submit up to three original poems. Winners will be chosen in four categories: sixth grade, seventh-eighth grade, ninth-10th grade and 11th-12th grade. Winners will be announced in early May.
