RALEIGH - Police have charged a Wendell woman with taking nearly $60,000 in cash from the company where she was employed, court records show.

Beth Marshburn Holley, 31, of 11009 Poole Road in Wendell, was charged with one felony count of embezzlement, according to an arrest warrant filed Tuesday at the Wake County Magistrate's Office. She is accused of taking $59,525.58 from the Pindell-Wilson Property Management Co. in North Raleigh. Investigators think the offense occurred between April 3 and Aug. 29, court records show.

Holley is being held in Wake County jail with bail set at $60,000, court records show.
