Knightdale Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate
the opening of the Knightdale United Methodist Church Preschool on Tues.,
Sept. 6.
A large crowd of chamber officials, teachers, friends, family and
preschoolers joined as Knightdale Mayor Russell Killen and Pastor Bryan
Siefert and wife, Kimberly cut the ribbon officially opening the program.
The half-day program for 2, 3, and 4 year-olds reaches children's hearts as
well as their minds by providing children with appropriate experiences that
foster their social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual
development.
A theme-based curriculum is followed with an emphasis on
emergent literacy and offer daily special activities like chapel, physical
education, and music. Classes are Monday - Friday (with 2, 3, or 5-day
options available) from 9 am - noon. Also offered is Early Bird arrival
beginning at 8 am.
