Knightdale incidents May 1, 5 a.m., An employee of Krispy Kreme, Knightdale Boulevard, reported that a double pane window was broken resulting in $1,500 damage.
April 25, 8 a..m., An employee of Growing Child Pediatrics, Big Oak Court, reported computer equipment valued at $3,000 taken from the office.
Wendell arrests May 6, no time listed, Nicholas Kendrell Smith, of 117 Buckhorn Dr., Middlesex, was charged with three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses after he allegedly used counterfeit checks at Moe's Variety Pic-Up on Wendell Boulevard. Smith was in custody in Johnston County on unrelated charges when he was served a warrant on the charges in Wendell.
Wendell incidents April 29, 3:20 p.m., Mishal Malaviya, the owner of Moe's Variety Pic-Up on Wendell Boulevard reported check fraud after someone allegedly used counterfeited checks to make a purchase at the store.
April 30, 2:01 p.m., Cheryl Pinnock. of Main Street, Wendell, reported an assault after someone pointed a gun at her in an incident at her home.
Zebulon arrests April 29, 11:50 a.m., Wesley Brian Sullivan, 35, of 100 Southland Drive, Zebulon, was charged with trafficking opium or heroin.
May 1, 9:30 p.m., Matthew Perry Matney, 24, of 605 Worth Hinton Road, G, Zebulon, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
Zebulon incidents April 29, 7:01 p.m., someone passed a counterfeit $10 bill at McDonald's on Wakelon Street.
May 2, 8 a.m., Bruce Baker reported someone had fraudulently withdrawn more than $1,500 from the account of Ethelene Roach at the ATM at RBC Bank on Arendell Avenue.
