April 2, 3:58 p.m., An employee of Kirklands, Shoppes at Midway, reported that a customer stole a birdbath and tried to return it for a refund.

April 10, 6 p.m., Trevino Antonio Tootle, 33, of 6999 Quail Crest Court, Wendell, was charged with receiving goods stolen from a home on Bird Watch Lane.

April 7, 8 p.m., Sharon Venetta Jefferson, 47, of 131 E. Barbee St., Zebulon, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

April 8, 4:07 p.m., Fred Lynch Jr., 50, of 219 W. Horton St., Zebulon, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

April 11, 1:29 p.m., Stephen Contraill Brown, 44, of 2917 N.C. Hwy 97, Wendell, was arrested charged with second-degree trespassing and larceny.

April 11, 3 p.m., Melissa Elaine Sarr, 26, of 2816 Best Rd., Greenville, was arrested charged with assault on a police officer.

April 13, 3:30 p.m., Shawanna Latonya Batts, 28, of 508 E. North St., Zebulon, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense and forging a signature.

April 13, 7:37 p.m., Tyruis Joquan Miles, 19, of 9969 Smith Road, Middlesex, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon and larceny after breaking and entering.
