Knightdale incidents March 29, 11 a.m., a teller at Wachovia on Knightdale Boulevard reported that someone passed a forged check.
Feb. 4, noon, a clerk at Target in the Shoppes At Midway reported that someone bought $550 in merchandise with a fraudulent credit card.
April 1, 7:15 a.m., three residents of Jumping Frog Lane reported vehicle break-ins, with electronics and a purse taken.
April 2, 1:25 p.m., an employee of Smithfield's Chicken N BBQ on Knightdale Boulevard reported the theft of $340.
Knightdale arrests April 3, 11:07 p.m., a 17-year-old Raleigh male was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and the theft of a GPS unit and a purse.
Wendell incidents April 4, 6 p.m., police responded to a report of a break-in the 800 block of Marshburn Road. When they arrived they found one man, Roger Carnes, of Raleigh, had been beaten with a riot baton. He was taken to WakeMed North.
Wendell arrests April 4, 6:30 p.m., Robert Frances Crawford Jr., 40, of 101 Needwill Court, Knightdale, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and breaking and entering.
Zebulon incidents April 2, 2:08 p.m., Robert Blackmun reported someone stole a heat pump valued at $2,500 from a Habitat for Humanity house.
April 4, 2:46 p.m., Christopher Buffalo reported someone stole an air-conditioning unit valued at $3,500 from a residence on King Malcolm Lane.
