Free tax preparation and filing is being conducted at Eastern Wake Senior Center on Monday's from noon-4 p.m., and at the Family Resource Center/Eastern Regional Center on Wednesdays and Fridays from noon-5 p.m.

All tax preparers are certified by the IRS.

Those interested must bring all social security cards, W-2s, and all other taxpayer income sources for spouses and dependents.

Help at the ERC will be restricted to those with incomes of $49,000 or less.
