Howard was born to Howard Franklin and Pansie Louise Miles; April 13, 1961, in Zebulon N.C. Howard graduated from Zebulon High School in 1979, and joined The United States Navy in 1980. He married Toni Sanchez, April 1984, and moved to Los Angeles California after discharging from the Navy in 1984. Howard is survived by three children Nicole Louise, Adrian and Jason Franklin, five grandchildren, five siblings Veronica Franklin-Williams, Christopher, Emanuel, Bruce, and Jason (Katrina) Franklin, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
