WENDELL - Air Force Airman 1st Class Christian Z. Naar recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program .

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force.

Naar is the son of Steve Naar, of Wendell.
