WPR holds spring registrationRegistration is now open for Wendell Parks and Recreation baseball, softball, and T-ball.
The deadline to register is Thursday, Feb. 4, by 9 p.m.
Costs are as follows:
For ages 4-6, $25 for residents, $35 for non-residents; ages 7-8, $35 for residents, $50 for non-residents; ages 9-10, $40 for residents, $55 for non-residents; ages 11-12, $45 for residents, $60 for non-residents; ages 13-14, $50 for residents, $65 for non-residents.
Residents are defined as those who live within the Wendell city limits and pay Wendell city taxes.
Age groups are determined as of May 1, 2010.
Walk-in registration will be accepted Mondays-Thursdays from 6 a.m.-9 p.m. and Fridays from 6 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Wendell Community Center.

Registration is also open for girls' volleyball.

Age groups are 7-9-year-olds (Hot Potato League), 10-12-year-olds (Junior League), and 13-14-year-olds (Senior League).
All games and practices will be held on Tuesdays in the Wendell Community Center gym. The season will run from May to June.
Cost is $20 for residents and $35 for non-residents.
