ZEBULON – Jean Bacon Roberts, 85, of 1716 Green Pace Road, died Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Coventry House.A native of St. Lawrence County, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late George Bacon and Alice Thompson Bacon. She was the widow of Frank B. Roberts.She worked for many years in the food-vending industry and was a member of Vision Baptist Church.Funeral services were held Sunday, May 24 in the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel.Survivors include three daughters, Jeryl Jones and husband Steve, of Scottsdale, Ariz., Pamela Bloniarczyk of Zebulon and Rachel Decker and husband Troy of Peawakee, Wis.; three sons, Daniel B. Roberts and wife Yumi of Port Orchard, Wash., Todd Roberts and wife Shirley of Middlesex and Timothy Roberts of Knightdale; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Memorial contributions may be made to Vision Baptist Church, 7633 Buffaloe Road, Raleigh, NC 27616.
