Zebulon remains unbeaten

Zebulon Middle School football recorded a 12-6 overtime win over East Millbrook last Monday and a 22-0 shutout over West Millbrook last Wednesday.

Thomas Jones rushed in the first touchdown and Trenton Evans ran in from 10 yards out for the overtime win in Monday's game. Trenton Evans had two touchdowns in Wednesday's game at West - a 40-yard pass and 14-yard run - and Bobby Turner scored on a 6-yard run.

The Cougars' record is now 3-0. The team travels to Wake Forest-Rolesville Middle School today (Wednesday) for a 3:45 p.m. game and returns home next week to face Heritage.
