A grant from the Carolina Panthers and a donation from the Wake Forest Pop Warner Association have made it possible for registration for the Challenger Division to be free of charge.

The Challenger Division is a flag football and cheer program for kids ages 5 to 16 with cognitive and/or physical disabilities who are enrolled in school. Challenger Division games begin in September.

Those interested can download a registration form and physician approval form at www.cff-popwarner.com, mail to Challenger Division, 4500 Oak Park Road, Raleigh, 27612, or fax to 645-9587.
